Pre-questions for: Tandem Industry Academia Fellow 2026
The Tandem Industry Academia (TIA) Fellow funding programme is intended for experienced researchers working at universities and research institutes to carry out a joint research project in collaboration with a company.
The objective of the funding is to provide the academic partner with first-hand insight into research questions that are relevant to industry and to give the company partner unique access to top-level research expertise.
TIA Fellow funding is paid out to the academic organization, with which the Fellow remains in an employment relationship. The industrial host is expected to contribute to the project by providing in-kind resources, including the physical workspace and other facilities needed by the TIA Fellow. The application is completed jointly by the applicant and the company representative.
